Professor Rami Abboud appointed Editor-in-Chief of The Foot

Professor Rami Abboud upon his appointment as Editor-in-Chief of The Foot on 1 January 2013 indicated:

“It is a great honour to be appointed the Editor-in-Chief of the Foot and pleasing at the confidence entrusted in me by my multidisciplinary colleagues and Elsevier in leading the journal forward. My association with the journal dates back to 1994 when my first peer-reviewed paper was published. Since then, I have had many papers published in the Foot; a journal that I have always considered to be one of the leading mediums to disseminate clinical and biomechanical research on the foot and ankle. As a member of the International Advisory Board (1998-2001) and subsequently a member of the Editorial Board (2001-2012), I had the great pleasure of working closely with many board members and three editors”.
