Master/Diploma in Orthopaedic Science accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons of England

The Royal College of Surgeons of England has accredited the Master/Diploma in Orthopaedic Science at the University of Dundee at its Council meeting today.

Both Course Directors, Dr Tim Drew and Professor Rami Abboud indicated: "This is an excellent news to receive ahead of the launch of this new masters degree. It is the only  programme amongst the few comparable MSc programmes in the UK with a specific focus on the theoretical and practical application of technology within orthopaedics. Additionally, it equips trainees with the knowledge of fundamental science required for the FRCS exit exam. This is a further accolade of the high standard of education, training and research that we offer at postgraduate level in our department".
