Oman visitor to TORT Centre

Professor Abboud welcomed Dr Mohamad Allami, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Head of Department of Orthopaedics at Khoula Hospital – Muscat Oman, to the TORT Centre today and provided a tour of the facilities of the Department and IMAR.

“It was a great pleasure to welcome Dr Allami to our department and to show him our facilities used for teaching and research that complement the clinical/surgical, workshops and cadaveric studies that are the core of our Dundee MCh Orth course”, said Professor Abboud. “It was a great opportunity to discuss various aspects of collaboration and orthopaedic postgraduate education”, added Professor Abboud.

“I had wonderful time meeting Professor Abboud today”, said Dr Allami. “We had a very fruitful discussion and I am so impressed by the facilities and the enthusiasm”, added Dr Allami.
