Dave Ridley worked for 12 years in oil industry data management in London and Aberdeen before gaining an MSc in software engineering from the University of Aberdeen in 2003 and joining the University of Dundee in 2004. He has developed web-based information systems to support TAAG (Tayside Arthroplasty Audit Group), AARG (Asthma and Allergy Research Group) and JRI Orthopaedics.
